Byala is on the main road between Varna and Burgas and is served by regular buses from both cities. The nearest airports are Varna Airport and Burgas Airport, both of which have car hire and bus connections. By car, Byala is about an hour from Varna and an hour and a half from Burgas. Within the town, most places are within walking distance, but local buses and taxis are available for longer trips, and parking can be limited in the centre during peak season.
When to go
