Getting there and around
Aheloy is about 20 kilometres from Burgas Airport, which has flights from various European cities. From the airport, you can take a taxi or arrange a private transfer; public buses also run to Aheloy from Burgas, but may require a change in Pomorie or Ravda. If you are driving, the town is just off the Aheloy-Nessebar road. Once in Aheloy, getting around is easy on foot, as the town is small. For trips to Sunny Beach, Nessebar or Pomorie, you can use local buses or taxis. Having a car gives you more flexibility to explore the region.
